New Telephone System Call Flow

 

GHI is in the process of finalizing the implementation of a new telephone system at the Administration building.  We would like to make you aware of the new call routing, menu options and staff extension directory, once finalized.  Previously, all calls were routed to the receptionist and she would forward all calls to the appropriate staff member.  Going forward, the automated system will allow members to dial for the receptionist, last name, extension, or specific department.  This would allow the membership to contact the appropriate staff member directly without delay.  We anticipate the new system being installed no later than July 3rd and are working daily with our new vendor to finalize programming.  Once again, we greatly appreciate your patience during this transition to a new telephone system and apologize for the inconvenience.  Please see below to view the new menu options and staff extension directory when the system goes live.
